The minimum number of samples in research using multivariate analysis methods, including multiple regression, is 10 times the number of variables. The research model and research hypotheses were tested using Structural Equation Modeling. For positive mediated Word of Mouth (WOM), the results showed that there was no significant positive effect of Brand Familiarity mediated by Customer Loyalty on positive mediated Word of Mouth (WOM); There is no significant positive effect of Brand Remarkability mediated by Customer Loyalty on positive mediated Word of Mouth (WOM). Abstract

Entering the society era 5.0, which is based on a computerized program, the Indonesian Government ratified Law No. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation to increase the absorption of the number of Indonesian workers by creating job opportunities through investors with the ease and facilities provided by the Government, using a computer program system. This research was normative legal research that used statutory and conceptual approaches. Additionally, it used qualitative analysis, then concluded using deductive-inductive reasoning. Based on the research results, it was found that the Government formulated Job Creation Law to implement a new system in the licensing sector using the OSS (Online Single Submission) system as a business licensing system controlled by the central Government and applied to all provincial or district governments. One of the objects regulated in the Job Creation Law and using the OSS system was Spatial Planning. The first revision in spatial planning regarded the implementation, which clarified the tiered and complementary system. Furthermore, the decision-making related to the performance of regional spatial planning in the district or province was on the central Government.

First, the subjects are screened using a google form containing several questions regarding personal data. Then, the adolescents who had a z-score >1 SD were used as the research samples. The results of statistical tests after nutrition education in the control groups and the treatment group showed that there is a significant difference in nutritional knowledge (p = 0.000) while the results of statistical tests on fish consumption levels in the two groups showed that there is no difference and no significant effect was indicated by (p-value > 0.05). Conclusion: Nutrition talks and quizwhisser games about the importance of fish consumption affect the nutritional knowledge of overweight adolescents. However, they do not affect the level of fish consumption in overweight adolescents.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the community's social behavior in responding to the scarcity of cooking oil using the phenomenological point of view developed by Alfred Schutz. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological framework approach because it focuses on exploring the experience and meaning of phenomena to gain learning in a multicultural society. This study uses two types of data: primary and secondary data. Preliminary data were collected through interviews with five people through a random purposive sampling method, while secondary data were collected through literature studies. The research was conducted in January 2022. According to Alfred Schutz, phenomenological analysis demands the discovery of the world that follows what is experienced by the person concerned. The meaning is divided into several views, and some subjects interpret the phenomenon of panic buying as caused by the actions of the oligarchs who are not in favor of the community, as an indicator of the government's lack of seriousness in balancing market prices in the community, or also interpreted as another effect of the pandemic which has disrupted the economic sector.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Schools are critical institutions for transforming students' perspectives, especially gender-biased actions. Thus, gender-neutral schools that serve a strategic role and function in educating pupils for their multi-intelligence grow effectively without being bound by often gender-biased social beliefs. One of education's objectives is to teach students how to establish a just society free of gender discrimination. However, in practice, overcoming discrimination in education needs a number of measures, one of which is developing an education system based on gender equality. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods in presenting data analysis. The study results show that gender equality in education is still ongoing in Indonesia due to the patriarchal culture and the stigma that women do not need to get higher education because, in the end, they will become housewives and raise children. Therefore, to implement justice and gender equality in the school sector, it is necessary to pay attention to several factors such as human resource capacity, capacity building, school culture, and partnership networks. In conclusion, gender equality in schools can be implemented through gender-responsive learning, lesson planning, classroom arrangement, language use, and gender-based classroom interaction.
